WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We do our best to ship orders ship within 48 hours. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. In most cases, the expected delivery date is 1, 2 or 3 business days. However, the Post Office does not make any delivery guarantees, so neither do we.


HOW DO I PLACE ORDERS SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

At this time, our site is only able to process orders with one shipping address at a time. If you’ve got a big list (10 or more), we’re happy to help streamline the process. Simply email cathy@cathysbiscotti.com.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

There are no returns or refunds on any food items once they have been shipped. If you encountered an issue with your order, please email cathy@cathysbiscotti.com and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right. All of our items are perishable and are unable to be resold once they have been shipped. If we incorrectly fulfilled the items for your order, please call us at (914) 282-5386 and we will be happy to make it right with either a replacement or refund.

FRESHNESS

Only the freshest and finest ingredients go into our award- winning biscotti. We do not include any preservatives. Our biscotti has a shelf life of six months, wrapped. But, we guarantee, it won’t last that long once you taste it!

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, WHAT CAN I EAT?

We bake all of our biscotti and baked goods on shared equipment in our bakery, all of which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.
