Since we first opened our White Plains bakery in 2006, our biscotti have enticed customers from the New York area and beyond with their delicate flavor and texture. In 2011, we introduced cupcakes, scones, brownies, blondies, and our award-winning Irish soda bread to our menu. Now, we are thrilled to offer GLUTEN FREE chocolate cupcakes, brownies and blondies!
Cathy’s Biscotti and Sweet Treats are baked from scratch and are hand crafted using the finest ingredients: sweet cream butter, fresh eggs, Callebaut cocoa and bittersweet chocolate, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, roasted nuts, fruits, spices, and pure citrus oils and zests. Every batch of biscotti, scones, and soda bread is finished with our signature sprinkle of sugar.
The quality of ingredients and the love that is baked into each batch is reminiscent of a simpler way of baking. All of our treats are made by hand; and we do not use preservatives. We hope that our delicious treats evoke sweet memories of your childhood and family—whether it was baking alongside your grandmother, or the aroma of a warm batch of cookies wafting through the air when you came from school. With one bite, you will be transported back to a simpler, uncomplicated time.
As we are both a wholesale and a retail company, our biscotti and sweet treats can be purchased in some of Westchester County’s finest gourmet shops and coffee houses. As we do not have a retail location, we invite customers to visit our commercial bakery kitchen to pick up pre- ordered treats. Customers may also purchase our baked goods through our web site, or simply by calling or sending us an email.
